My Passion
I believe in walking alongside my clients as they courageously confront their fears—within their relationships, themselves, and the world. Together, we navigate challenging emotions like grief, anger, and shame, uncovering pathways to authentic living and a deeper understanding of love and connection. With curiosity, warmth, and insight, I care for the whole person by exploring their unique story, including the themes, dynamics, and unhealthy patterns that shape their journey.
To that end, I specialize in burnout and life transitions, trauma and resilience, and relational health. I am happy to include faith integration if requested.
Burnout and Life Transition
Drawing on 20 years of experience in pastoral ministry, I have a deep desire to care for ministry and helping professionals who are navigating burnout, harmful relationships, or difficult transitions in life and vocation.
Trauma and Resilience
I use trauma-informed narrative therapy to help clients find meaning in their stories and develop resilience in the face of pain and hardship.
Relational Health
I guide clients as they work through relational struggles, fostering deeper connections and healthier dynamics.
Faith Integration
With a background in ministry and my current studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, I integrate faith and counseling to address the spiritual aspects of life’s challenges when it aligns with a client’s goals.
